We stand behind every Centy Canada product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no complicated process, no runaround.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original condition and original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our contact page at centycanada.ca/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in which case we cover return shipping in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
