Where We Ship

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada from our warehouse in Ontario. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at centycanada.ca/pages/contact.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping across Canada typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and northern territories may take slightly longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will do our best to assist you if issues arise.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your delivery directly on the carrier's website, or visit centycanada.ca/pages/track-order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

If your tracked order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
