Welcome to Centy Canada. By accessing or purchasing from centycanada.ca, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Centy Canada sells pull-back die-cast toy kits for children. We operate from Ontario, Canada. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. All purchases must be made by adults.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All toys are CE and EN71 safety certified for children aged 3 and above.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel before shipment, contact us immediately at centycanada.ca/pages/contact.

6. Shipping

We ship within Canada from our Ontario warehouse. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over $75. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is outlined separately on our Return Policy page and forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on centycanada.ca — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Centy Canada or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Centy Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
